Apiroserum Clorurado Hipertonico
Sodium chloride is the major extracellular cation. It is important in electrolyte and fluid balance, osmotic pressure control and water distribution as it restores sodium ions. It is used as a source of electrolytes and water for hydration, treatment of metabolic acidosis, priming solution in haemodialysis and treatment of hyperosmolar diabetes. It is also used as diluents for infusion of compatible drug additives.
ব্যবহার
সােলাে ন্যাজাল ড্রপ ঠাণ্ডা ও এ্যালার্জির ওষুধের ফলে সৃষ্ট শুষ্ক নাক সিক্ত করতে নির্দেশিত। ইহা শুষ্ক আবহাওয়া অথবা বিমান ভ্রমণে সৃষ্ট শুষ্ক নাসিকা পথকে সিক্ত করে, বন্ধ নাকের মিউকাস দ্রবীভূত করে এবং অস্ত্রোপচারের পর নাসিকা পরিষ্কারে সহায়তা করে। এই পরিশুদ্ধ স্যালাইন দ্রবণ দেহের বিভিন্ন অংশ (ক্ষত, দেহ গহ্বর সমূহ) এবং চিকিৎসার যন্ত্রপাতি (যেমন-গজ, ক্যাথেটার, নিষ্কাশন নল) পরিষ্কার করতে ব্যবহার করা হয়। ইহা শরীর পরিষ্কারের অন্য ওষুধ (যেমন- ব্যাট্রিাসিন, পলিমিক্সিন)-এর সাথে দ্রাবক হিসেবেও ব্যবহৃত হয়।

- নবজাতক ও শিশুদের ক্ষেত্রে: প্রতি নাসারন্ধ্রে এক ফোটা করে দিনে ১-৩ বার।
- প্রাপ্ত বয়স্কদের ক্ষেত্রে প্রতি নাসারন্ধ্রে ২-৩ ফোঁটা করে দিনে ১-৩ বার।

পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা কম। তবে কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে হাঁচি, বর্ধিত নাসিকা নিঃসরণ অথবা লবনাক্ত স্বাদ অনুভূত হতে পারে।

মিথস্ক্রিয়া
গর্ভাবস্থাকালীন ব্যবহার
গর্ভবতী অবস্থায় এই ওষুধ ব্যবহারের পূর্বে ডাক্তারকে জানাতে হবে। মাতৃদুগ্ধে ইহা নিঃসৃত হয় কিনা জানা নেই। স্তন্যদানকালের পূর্বে ডাক্তারের সাথে আলােচনা করে নিতে হবে।
বৈপরীত্য
Tell your doctor about your medical history, especially of heart problems (e.g., congestive heart failure), lung problems (pulmonary edema), kidney problems, low levels of potassium (hypokalemia), high levels of sodium (hypernatremia), and any allergies.
