Cloxacilline Panpharma
Cloxacillin inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis by binding to 1 or more of the penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs) which in turn inhibit the final transpeptidation step of peptidoglycan synthesis in bacterial cell walls. Bacteria eventually lyse due to ongoing activity of cell wall autolytic enzymes (autolysins and murein hydrolases) while cell wall assembly is arrested.

শ্বসনতন্ত্রের সংক্রমণ : ফুসফুসের প্রদাহ, ব্রংকিয়েকটেসিস, মধ্যকর্ণের প্রদাহ, সাইনাসের প্রদাহ, নিউমােনিয়া, টনসিলের প্রদাহ, ফেরিঞ্জাইটিস।
চর্ম ও নরম কোষকলার সংক্রমণ : নরম কোষকলার প্রদাহ, চোখের পাপড়ির ফোড়া, নরম কোষকলার ফোড়া, ত্বকের নীচের ফেঁড়া, স্তনে এবসেস, বহুমূখী ফোড়া, সংক্রমিত পােড়া ঘা।
অন্যান্য সংক্রমণ : অস্থিমজ্জার প্রদাহ বা অস্টিওমায়েলাইটিস, হৃদমাংসপেশেীর নিম্নস্তরের তীব্র সংক্রমণ, সদ্যোজাত শিশুর সংক্রমণ প্রতিরােধ।

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক : ৫০০ মি.গ্রা. ৬ ঘন্টা পর পর ।
- অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: ২ বছর পর্যন্ত- ১২৫ মি.গ্রা. প্রতি ৬ ঘন্টা পর পর।
- ২ থেকে ১০ বছর পর্যন্ত- ২৫০ মি.গ্রা. প্রতি ৬ ঘন্টা পর পর।

পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Cloxacilline Panpharma ব্যবহারে মাঝে মাঝে ত্বকে লাল আভা, বমি বমি ভাব, স্বল্পস্থায়ী ডায়রিয়া দেখা দিতে পারে।
সতর্কতা
Cloxacillin should be given with caution to patients with known history of allergy.
মিথস্ক্রিয়া
May diminish the effect of BCG and typhoid vaccine. May increase risk of methotrexate toxicity. May diminish the therapeutic effect of Na picosulfate. May decrease serum concentrations of mycophenolate. May prolong bleeding time with anticoagulants. Increased serum concentrations with probenecid. Tetracycline may antagonise the bactericidal effect of cloxacillin.
গর্ভাবস্থাকালীন ব্যবহার
Cloxacilline Panpharma এর প্রেগন্যান্সি ক্যাটাগরি বি। কেবলমাত্র সুনির্দিষ্টভাবে প্রয়ােজন হলেই এই ওষুধ ব্যবহার করা উচিত।
বৈপরীত্য
দ্রবণ তৈরীর পর পরই এ-ক্লক্স ইনজেকশন ব্যবহার করা উচিত। পেনিসিলিনের প্রতি অতিসংবেদনশীল রােগীদের ক্ষেত্রে এ-ক্লক্স দেয়া যাবে না।
