Electro-K 600 mg Tablet
Potassium chloride is a major cation of the intracellular fluid. It plays an active role in the conduction of nerve impulses in the heart, brain and skeletal muscle; contraction of cardiac skeletal and smooth muscles; maintenance of normal renal function, acid-base balance, carbohydrate metabolism and gastric secretion.

Electro-K 600 mg Tablet এর কাজপটাশিয়ামের অভাবজনিত হাইপােক্যালিমিয়া, বমি, বমি বমি ভাব, কলেরা, ডায়রিয়া, মাংসপেশীর দুর্বলতা, কনজেসটিভ হার্টফেইলিওর, ডায়াবেটিক এসিডােসিস, আলসারজনিত বৃহদান্ত্রের প্রদাহ, দুর্বলতা, ক্ষুধামন্দা, তন্দ্রাচ্ছন্নভাব, কুশিং সিনড্রোম, পাইলােরিক স্টেনােসিস, নিম্ন রক্তচাপ ইত্যাদি।

Electro-K 600 mg Tablet খাওয়ার নিয়ম / ব্যবহারের নিয়ম
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক : মারাত্মক অভাবজনিত অবস্থায় প্রতিদিন ৩ - ৬ টি ট্যাবলেট অথবা ৪ - ৮ চা চামচ বিভক্ত মাত্রায় ফলের রস, সরবত, অথবা পানির সাথে কয়েকদিন সেব্য।
- অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্ক : ১/২, -১ চা চামচ দিনে ২ বার দিতে হবে। অথবা চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী সেব্য।

পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
তেমন কোন পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ার কথা জানা যায়নি।
সতর্কতা
Renal or adrenocortical insufficiency; cardiac disease; acute dehydration; extensive tissue destruction. Pregnancy. Ensure adequate urine output; monitor plasma-potassium and other electrolyte concentrations. Discontinue treatment if severe nausea, vomiting or abdominal distress develops. Accumulation of potassium may occur in renal impairment.
মিথস্ক্রিয়া
Potassium-sparing diuretics, ACE inhibitors, ciclosporin and potassium-containing drugs. Antimuscarinics delay gastric emptying time consequently increasing risk of GI adverse effects esp of solid oral dosage forms.
গর্ভাবস্থাকালীন ব্যবহার
Category C: Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available. Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus.
বৈপরীত্য
হৃদরােগ, বৃক্কের অকার্যকারিতায় সিরাম ইলেকট্রোলাইট, ই.সি.জি. পরিমাপ করে ইলেকট্রো-কে দেওয়া উচিত। Electro-K 600 mg Tabletের প্রতি অতিসংবেদনশীল এবং যারা সচরাচর পটাশিয়াম স্পেয়ারিং ডাইইউরেটিক গ্রহণ করেন তাদের জন্য ব্যবহারযােগ্য নয়।
