Nitazoxanida Biodentalের মুখে সেবনযোগ্য একটি সংশ্লেষিত এন্টিপ্রোটোজোয়াল জাতীয় ঔষধ। প্রোটোজোয়ার পাইরুভেট ফেরেডক্সিন অক্সিডো রিডাকটেজ (PFOR) এনজাইমের উপর নির্ভরশীল ইলেকট্রন ট্রান্সফার বিক্রিয়াকে বাধাগ্রস্ত করার মাধ্যমে Nitazoxanida Biodental তার এন্টিপ্রোটোজোয়াল কার্যকারিতা দেয় বলে ধারণা করা হয়। এই বিক্রিয়াটি প্রোটোজোয়ার অবায়বীয় প্রক্রিয়ায় শক্তি উৎপাদন ব্যবস্থার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়। Nitazoxanida Biodental এবং এর বিপাকীয় উপাদান, টিজক্সানাইড ক্রিপ্টোস্পোরিডিয়াম পারভাম- এর স্পোরোজোয়াইট ও উসাইট এবং জিয়ার্ডিয়া ল্যাম্বলিয়া-এর ট্রোপোজোয়াইটের বৃদ্ধি বন্ধ করার মাধ্যমে কাজ করে (In Vitro).
ব্যবহার
জিয়ারডিয়া লাম্বলিয়া অথবা ক্রিপ্টোম্পােরিডিয়াম পারম দ্বারা সৃষ্ট ডায়রিয়াতে এ্যামিবিয়াসিস ক্রিমির সংক্রমণ।

Nitazoxanida Biodental খাওয়ার নিয়ম / ব্যবহারের নিয়ম
- ১ - ৩ বছর : ৫ মি.লি. (১০০ মি.গ্রা.) দিনে ২ বার ৩ দিন।
- ৪ - ১১ বছর : ১০ মি.লি. (২০০ মি.গ্রা.) দিনে ২ বার ৩ দিন।
- ১২ বছর : ২৫ মি.লি. অথবা ১ টি ট্যাবলেট (৫০০ মি.গ্রা.) দিনে ২ বার ৩ দিন।
- সাসপেনশন অথবা ট্যাবলেট খাবারের সাথে খেতে হবে। অথবা চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী সেব্য।
30 ml suspension: Shake the bottle well before adding water. Then add 20 ml of boiled and cooled water (with the help of provided cup) into the bottle and shake well to make 30 ml suspension.
60 ml suspension: Shake the bottle well before adding water. Then add 40 ml of boiled and cooled water (with the help of provided cup) into the bottle and shake well to make 60 ml suspension.

পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
পেট ব্যথা, ডায়রিয়া, বমি বমি ভাব, বমি এবং মাথা ব্যথা। অন্যান্য পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে রয়েছে পেট ফাঁপা, ক্ষুধা বৃদ্ধি, শরীর ব্যথা, ঘাম এবং মাথা ঝিম ঝিম করা।
সতর্কতা
যকৃত বা পিত্তাশয়ের সমস্যা আছে এমন সব রোগী এবং যে সকল রোগীর বৃক্কীয় সমস্যা আছে তাদের ক্ষেত্রে Nitazoxanida Biodental সতর্কতার সাথে দেয়া উচিত।
মিথস্ক্রিয়া
এটি প্লাজমা প্রোটিণের সাথে খুব বেশী পরিমাণে যুক্ত হয়। সুতরাং, অন্যান্য যেসকল ঔষধ, যাদের থেরাপিউটিক ইনডেক্স কম এবং খুব বেশী পরিমাণে প্লাজমা প্রোটিণের সাথে যুক্ত হয় তাদের সাথে যুগপৎভাবে ব্যবহারের ব্যাপারে সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত।
গর্ভাবস্থাকালীন ব্যবহার
প্রেগন্যান্সি ক্যাটাগরি ‘বি’। স্পষ্টভাবে প্রয়ােজনীয় বিবেচিত হলেই গর্ভাবস্থায় ব্যবহার করা উচিত। স্তন্যদানকারী মায়েদের ক্ষেত্রে সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত।
বৈপরীত্য
নাইটাজক্সানাইড অথবা এর যে কোন উপাদানের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীলতা।
অতিরিক্ত সতর্কতা
Paediatric Use: Safety and effectiveness of Nitazoxanide for Oral Suspension in paediatric patients less than one year of age have not been studied.
Impaired renal or hepatic function: The pharmacokinetics of Nitazoxanide in patients with impaired renal or hepatic function have not been studied. Therefore, Nitazoxanide must be administered with caution to patients with hepatic and biliary disease, to patients with renal disease and to patients with combined renal and hepatic disease.
তীব্র ওভারডোজ
Information on Nitazoxanide overdosage is not available. Single oral doses of up to 4000 mg Nitazoxanide have been administered to healthy adult volunteers without significant adverse effects.
অন্যান্য ওষুধের সাথে প্রতিক্রিয়া
যে সকল ঔষধ প্লাজমা প্রােটিনের সাথে খুব বেশী মাত্রায় যুক্ত হয় তাদের সাথে Nitazoxanida Biodental ব্যবহারে সতর্ক হওয়া উচিত।

Store in a cool and dry place, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted suspension should be used within 7 days.
